Under the directorship of our four managing partners – Alex Kotovski, Laurie Heal, Mal Ashton and Michael Lynch – Regents has evolved over the last 25 years, emerging from one of Australia’s large national real estate groups to become Perth’s premier boutique commercial agency. As commercial property specialists, we have a wealth of commercial real estate experience within our ranks. Collectively, our directors have almost eight decades of experience spanning the property spectrum, from office, retail and industrial buildings, to industrial land, design and construct projects, property developments, subdivisions and major refurbishments of existing buildings. This experience, and the personal involvement of our principals in serving clients and tenants alike, enables us to provide a broad range of specialist services. Beyond sales and leasing, we’re licensed to provide commercial property valuations and auctions, as well as property management, investment and wealth creation advisory services.
