Regina Capital LLC is a private equity firm, we specialize in short term real estate secured loans, often called bridge loans and/or hard money loans. We only lend for commercial purposes; retail centers, office buildings, raw land, multi-family, warehouse, re-hab and construction. We are a direct lender. Our hard money loans can fund quickly and are based upon the value of the real estate securing the loan without regard to the borrower's income, employment, assets, credit scores or tax returns. As always we protect our broker partners.
