REGIVE Capital is an authorised financial services provider (FSP no: 50522). OUR PURPOSE We have come to a conclusion that all 54 African countries have a common challenge around job creation. The only pool of capital available is an institutional money in the form or retirement funds, insurance funds, sovereign funds etc. It is for this reason that we have created a platform in the form of alternative investment multi-management to pool institutional money from all over the continent and beyond, to sorely invest in industries that are going to create jobs today and in future. OUR AFRICA We remain committed to the sovereignty of each country we invest in. However we are going to hold each government in all 54 African countries to account in tax reforms especially for retirement funds and also by creating an enabling environment for business to thrive. PAN-AFRICAN Private Equity Fund of Funds; 3. PAN-AFRICAN Private Debt Fund of Funds (including Mezzanine Funds); 4. Customised Structured Product Solutions to hedge out any possible risk our clients' portfolios.
