I was known to be a good listener with my family, friends and sometimes with people I meet for the first time. I was always told that they feel comfortable talking to me, afterwards I got to know that coaching is not only about listening to people and make them feel comfortable but it’s also a way forward for them, it’s their path to move from where they are stuck to where they want to be. I chose to focus on helping others achieve higher levels of success in their personal and professional life. Nothing in the world is more fulfilling than someone comes to you saying you changed my life or I finally achieved my goals, or your training made a difference in our organization.
