We are an independent consultancy in Scotland, advising Occupiers, Investors, Developers, Banks & Retailers on their property assets, providing Project Management, Building Surveying and CDM Consultancy services. Our focus is on providing a personal and bespoke level of service, intertwined with commercial acumen that only comes from many years of experience. We have structured our service offer to suit the specific needs of our different types of Clients. These are broadly Corporates/Occupiers, Landlords/Developers and Retailers/Banks.
