History & Track Record RCI opened in 2009 following founder David’s experience in senior roles in the computer technology, telecommunications, and commercial graphics industries. David Reimer owns and operates the company as the Principal Consultant, and subcontracts work out to his team of specialists. RCI has worked with organizations in various industries, including commercial agriculture, aggregate & ready-mix industry, vehicle manufacturing, extrusion manufacturers, non-profits, construction companies, entertainment facilities, engineering firms, and industry regulators, among others. In all of those projects, we have yet to complete one that is over time, over budget or out of scope. That is our promise to our clients.
