Formed in October 2005, the Company offers a wide range of Management Consulting products and services aimed at helping Public and Private Sector organisations meet the challenges of the growing complexity of their decision environments. The advice and support offered is directed particularly to executive and senior managers who are looking for assistance in dealing with organisational or strategic issues that needed a little more attention or resourcing than they are able to provide alone. The Reinforcements' phylosophy is one of supporting the existing knowledge and business acumen of client organisations with a fresh approach gained from many years of working with high performance teams in developing solutions to some very complex problems.
