Our mission is to utilize this team's proven capability to deliver quality solutions that meet the visions of our customers with cost advantages derived from our distributed development model. Additionally, the RelayStrategy business model sets us apart from the rest- 80/20 blend of offshore and onshore - 80% of our company is based in India, following the traditional model of leveraging global talents to keep the cost down. 20% of our company is based in the US to provide support infrastructure such as sourcing consultancy, project management, requirements analysis, and customer engagement, and create a direct local access to our customers- Sourcing Consultancy - we will take time to understand our customers' pain points and business objectives, then consult on how to structure and execute the sourcing strategy to optimize benefits- Performance Commitment - Our goal is to become development partner for life, instead of a vendor of services. For that to happen, we will work with you to create plans with quality, time, and cost saving metrics for projects large or small, and commit to the results.
