My passion for healing and wellness has had me on my own journey for a deeper understanding of what blocks our healing progress and manifesting what we truly want in life. I’ve worked with many different healing techniques over the years, as well as being certified in Reflexology, Reiki and EFT. With over 20 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry. With my strong desire to help others, I bring my professional expertise and passion for healing as a Body Code practitioner. Finally, a healing modality that can truly tap into the subconscious mind to get to the core of our limiting beliefs, self-sabotage and diseases. As the founder of Release to Heal, I continue to have my private practice as a Body Code practitioner in Toronto, Ontario – Canada, working with local and international clients.
