Reliabl is a B2B SaaS company providing platforms with community centric data management solutions and custom, high-performance algorithms that set our customers apart from their competitors. Our approach leverages community participation and puts agency back in the hands of users in order to improve algorithmic accuracy, reduce AI bias, and build community trust. Reliabl has built innovative community-led data annotation technology into their AI infrastructure software in order to reduce AI bias and improve algorithmic performance. While most ethical AI research currently focuses on the importance of inclusive data sets, many have failed to account for the role that biased data annotation plays in perpetuating negative ML experiences for marginalized communities.
