Reliable Window Cleaners (Sudbury) Limited ("Reliable") is a cleaning service and supply company founded in 1952 by the Bertuzzi family with two divisions: Reliable Maintenance Products ("RMP") and Reliable Cleaning Services ("RCS"). The company services the Northern Ontario and Muskoka regions with it's head office located in Sudbury. Other branch locations include Timmins and Sault Ste Marie. Reliable strives to continually focus on quality, education, and technology as its key pillars to success. Reliable was the first janitorial supply company to be recognized under the ISO9001:2008 standard. Reliable is a member of ProLink, ISSA, BSCAI, CSSA, and IFMA. RMP is a well established janitorial supply and service company. RMP distributes a full line of janitorial supplies and equipment including absorbents, brooms, carpet cleaners, deodorizers, floor maintenance chemicals, food service supplies, garbage bags, hand and body soaps, industrial chemicals, mops, paper products, amongst others. RMP also boasts a large service center that provides all related equipment repair services. RCS is a well established cleaning service company that provides contractual and other related cleaning services to residential homes, commercial buildings, and high-rises. These services include janitorial cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, duct cleaning, specialty cleaning, amongst other cleaning services.
