Reliable Review Services (RRS) is a URAC accredited Independent Review Organization that offers peer review, independent medical review, and utilization management to the Disability, Group Health, and Workers' Compensation markets. We serve clients across the country, including large insurers, employers, and third-party administrators. RRS began in 2003 with a vision to provide employers, third-party administrators, and disability insurers with professional case review resources focused on the disability industry. Since that time, RRS’ services have evolved to meet the needs of our customers and the greater insurance industry. We have invested in a secure, customizable platform and portal, designed a paperless workflow, and have recruited the nation's best physician experts for our nationwide network of reviewers.
