Reliant Residential Services is a full-scope residential service provider, servicing condominium properties, apartment buildings, single and multi-family dwellings. We have many years’ experience in the Edmonton area dealing with construction, renovation, remediation, and general building / property maintenance. We work with owners, boards, renters, and managers to ensure that when something disrupts comfortable daily living, the situation is remedied promptly. Issues are attended to professionally, cleanly and courteously. We take on anything from the smallest of jobs to large-scale remediation and rebuilding of multiple units, managing projects to ensure costs are kept in check, communication is clear among all parties, and that work is completed in a timely fashion.
