SprainGo LLC | Home of RelieveIt and PRE Founded by W. Caleb Williams, SprainGo LLC is built on a legacy of healing that began over 100 years ago in the mountains of Trinidad. Our flagship remedy, RelieveIt, traces back to Mother Skinner, a community healer who combined a powerful indigenous plant with traditional African and East Indian botanicals to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation. In 2013, after RelieveIt helped Caleb’s son recover overnight from a severe ankle sprain, the remedy was reborn. A follow-up efficacy study with 200 participants revealed that 85% experienced relief, with many reporting results lasting 24–48+ hours. Inspired by these results, Caleb left his executive role at Citigroup to fully develop and distribute RelieveIt. In 2018, a research collaboration with the University of South Florida began to isolate the active compound now known as PRE — a novel botanical with the potential to disrupt the global pain relief and wellness markets.
