REMEDI TEC (Remediation & Technology) specializes in environmental consulting, with a primary focus on the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Unregulated Underground Storage Tank (UHOT) program. We assist property buyers, sellers, and owners navigate the complex regulatory and remediation processes related to underground oil tanks. Our services include tank removals, soil and groundwater sampling, and completing NJDEP-required remediation and site closure under N.J.A.C. 7:26D, ensuring compliance with NJDEP Site Remediation Standards. Led by a licensed NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator (SSE), REMEDI TEC guides clients through the entire process—from tank identification and removal to environmental sampling and regulatory closure. We also collaborate with tank removal companies, offering expert advice and support on the SSE side of operations. Our goal is to streamline environmental compliance for our clients, enabling smooth transactions and site closure. In addition to our work with UHOT, we provide environmental due diligence for commercial properties, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
