Remfrey Educational Consulting partners with international schools worldwide to build inclusive, responsive systems that support all learners. Our work centers on students at the edges, whole child development, and creating school practices that are safe, sustainable, and grounded in real school contexts. We support school leaders, educators, and families through international school consulting, inclusive school audits, and safeguarding reviews. Our work includes strengthening systems such as Universal Design for Learning, differentiated instruction, behavior and support frameworks, and Multi Tiered Systems of Support. We also partner with schools on data informed decision making, professional learning, mentoring, and building strong school and home relationships, including support through school transitions and complex meetings. REC’s approach is practical, collaborative, and values driven. We work alongside schools to strengthen capacity, align systems with purpose, and ensure that inclusion is not an initiative, but an embedded way of working.
