reMINDchoice is an atelier founded and led by Catarina Lorvão, a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) qualified teacher by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, as well as by the Center For Mindfulness of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The reMINDchoice atelier offers Mindfulness-based programs in a multitude of settings (group/individual, in-person/online) with the aim to promote mental health education and emotional well-being.
