REMONDIS Maintenance & Services is the shared service company of the BUCHEN and XERVON company groups and is headquartered in Cologne. It provides strategic management and coordination tasks as well as internal services for the operating units. These include the areas of: Controlling, Financial Accounting, Taxes, Facility Management, Materials Management, Fleet & Purchasing, Marketing & Corporate Development, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, QHSE & Sustainability, Key Account Management and Information Technology. The REMONDIS Maintenance & Services group employs around people at over 40 locations in Germany as well as at foreign companies in Europe and the Middle East. The BUCHEN and XERVON subsidiaries provide comprehensive industrial services for national and international customers in the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries, among others.
