At Remotefulness, we believe that the new ways of working and the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are the levers to accelerate sustainable transformation. We make it possible by organizing sustainable team retreats, offsite and workshops thanks to our agreements with trusted event organization companies and experts in new ways of working, sustainable transformation | ESG reporting and high-impact tech & science. In all our retreats, we follow three principles: minimize CO2 emissions, offset those that occur, and generate positive local impact in projects aligned with the SDGs. Now we know that we can work from anywhere on the planet, but we are also aware that we can cause irreversible damage. We are facing an opportunity and a challenge. We have to “reinvent ourselves” as citizens, workers, and companies. And the new ways of working may be the opportunity to overcome the greatest challenge we have had in the 21st century: the SUSTAINABLE TRANSITION. Of course, we cannot do this change individually, it must be a joint response, which creates value for the whole society. ACT LOCALLY TO IMPROVE GLOBALLY. May the value generated by everyone reach everyone. It is a change in philosophy, where there is room for competition, but also for collaboration, and from which we can all benefit. In other words: Teach to learn, share to optimize, and innovate to advance. From Remotefulness, we are committed to reaching agreements with public organizations, private companies, universities, research centers, and any actor that believes they can contribute to this new reality that is being imposed. A change to improve our way of living, working, and relating to each other and the planet, based on mitigating our negative impact, increasing the positive and offsetting our emissions. Because if we want to change the world, we have to start by changing ourselves. And THE TIME IS NOW!
