It’s why we started, to ‘scratch our own itch’ or so they say, and it remains our mission to this very day. Our Story So Far: 2 years ago, our Co-Founder and CEO Eynar Isaev was in the midst of launching a tech-focused startup in the sales and lead generation space. Like any rapidly scaling startup, they were rapidly attracting interest and taking on new clients, which required the software and tech behind their platform to continue growing. One of the biggest struggles he faced was finding the right coding skills from reliable engineers who could keep up with the pace of developments. He found himself spending more and more time vetting and interviewing new workers - with no guarantee they’d be here the following week. Soon after, it became clear that they weren’t alone. Whether it’s large corporations struggling to find English-speaking supporting teams or startups like Eynar’s requiring new skills from new developers in quick succession. After many months of working with freelance developers from the usual ‘gig-based platforms, he sought to find a different way. Enter, Remotehats. Remotehats Today: Launched in 2022, and taking on our first corporate clients soon after, we can now boast of a network of over on-demand developers from the top 2% agencies, ready to work on nearly any project.
