With RENARD we bring non-alcoholic pairing drinks to the luxury dining experience. We’re wholeheartedly committed to foodpairing. Resulting in drinks developed in function of season, cuisine and region. Our range consists of 2 product groups:* Main drinks: These drinks are available throughout the year. Each drink is aimed at a particular course but can also be consumed throughout the menu.* Fresh: is recommended for aperitif / salad / fish / light dishes.* Spice: is recommended for meat and hearty dishes.* Floral: is recommended for dessert or as a digestive.* Limited editions: In addition to our 3 main drinks, we offer a selection of limited editions. These are drinks aimed at a particular season / kitchen and limited in time / availability. Eg. Hunting season. With RENARD we provide an alternative to the current limited non-alcoholic offering (often very high-sugar drinks). We offer the consumer a selection of flavourful high quality drinks that do not dominate the paired dish but are in harmony with it.
