RenCare Homes Ltd provides support to children and young people with EBD. Providing care and support to those in our homes is more than just working, it is a part of everything we do and everything we are. We thrive on seeing our residents happy and thriving. We assist all our young people to achieve their set goals and targets whilst remaining supportive. We always lend a listening ear to the needs of our young people in order for them to gain confidence in themselves which would set them up once they leave into adult social care and transition into adult life. We believe each young person has a right to be happy, safe, and provided for, as such all care plans are tailored to the very individual needs of each young person. We achieve this through a meticulous and thorough scoping process with relevant individuals as part of the young persons life and we match the child with their specific key workers. At RenCare Homes, we care for our young people and they each deserve a fair chance at life.
