Rentinglock

RentingLock is a dynamic and innovative project, founded in 2014 by young Polish entrepreneurs as a part of LIFT-OFF entrepreneurship accelerator within Wroclaw Park of Technology. We are enthusiastic about modern technologies, particularly those associated with the IT industry and leasing of real estate, in particular short-term leases. We have created an elegant and intelligent lock. It solves problems associated with short-term leases of premises - the need of giving keys to tenants, as well as replacing locks after the previous tenants. The Lock is not connected to the Internet and does not require external power. In fact, it does not have other specific technical requirements. RentingLock automate the lease of premises and provides a sense of security for its owner and the tenant. Tenants receive an access code from the landlord (via text message or e-mail) generated on the RentingLock website that allows them to open the door for a period determined by the landlord. The RentingLock service allow easy management of rental premises by their owners at a distance, in every corner of the world.
