Renuergy enables existing operators to high-grade their assets with virtually no capital outlay needed from them. We optimize with our partners legacy oil and gas assets of up to ~$10mm each in size, on a lease-wide or wellbore-only basis via joint ventures or via field acquisitions. With over 160 years of technical experience, the Renuergy team has experience developing and successfully executing complex well procedures including fishing, sidetracks (vertical and directional) and complex (re)completions. We align with our partners to ensure mutual benefit and are not bound by specific investment horizons. We are open to taking operating or non-op roles as appropriate on oil or gas assets located in most basins in the Lower 48. By virtue of being partnered with a physical energy commodity trading house, Renuergy can also help its working interest partners realize optimal product offtake and risk management terms on an arm’s length, open book basis. We welcome asset ideas or opportunities introduced by principals and brokers.
