Repertoire Partners LP (“Repertoire”) is an investment manager focused on businesses undergoing overlooked change (“transformers”), and strives to actively work with stakeholders to support or create these transformers (“engaged ownership”). We paraphrase this strategy as Engaged Owners of Transformers (“EOT”). Repertoire manages a concentrated portfolio which bears little resemblance to others, and qualifying companies are selected consistent with key criteria: high-quality businesses, favorable and probable transformation, inordinately underappreciated, and engaged ownership optionality.
