Bulk contracts, discounted rates and alternative submission/payment options are also negotiable based on a firm’s commitment level and report workload. Alternatively, Report Alliance is available to back up firms’ current internal report processing staff during busy season and peak periods, for special projects, as an overtime alternative, etc. to ensure you have the support you need when you need it. INDEPENDENT ENTITIES Many entities are required to, or choose to, prepare their own financial reports, whether due to PCAOB/SEC auditor independence rules, bank regulations or other reasons.
