RER Energy Group is a national leader in solar energy based in Frederick, MD, Reading, PA and Cedar Valley, IA. We design, build, finance and sell cost efficient and quality solar energy systems to mid-sized commercial and non-profit organizations. To fund these projects we have assisted our clients in securing more than $25 million in State and Federal grants and incentives. We partner with a range of financial investors and work hard to provide appropriate returns to these investors while still maximizing our customer’s savings with solar. Our commitment to ‘do both’ - provide returns to investors AND maximize savings for solar clients - has led us to develop innovations in financing structures, platforms and partnerships. These efforts were recognized with a prestigious SunShot grant from the Department of Energy through our sister company, Sunvestment Energy Group.
