Established in 2011, the Reread business provides proofreading and copy editing services to a range of clientele who are looking to ensure their communication media is perfectly presented before going to print or issue. Technical writing is also offered in line with the corporate work performed over the years. Alison Skrzypiec started Reread to follow on from her enjoyment in reading, but most importantly the frustration she finds herself in when picking up errors in text and artwork. Alison's educational background is in the areas of legal compliance; namely environmental, and health & safety in the workplace. With this education, Alison has worked in many industries from consultancy, waste and petroleum, through to construction and fast moving consumer goods, both within Australia and internationally. Throughout the different roles, Alison has written and reviewed a broad range of documentation including: » scientific & legal reports; » corporate procedures & policies, as well as departmental manuals & standard operating procedures - most within the management systems of Health & Safety (AS4801/ ISO18001), Quality (ISO9001) and Environmental (ISO14001); » training documentation; » website content; » tender documentation, and » university assignments & thesis submissions.
