Provides a full range of move management services to older adults and their families in the metropolitan Kansas City area. This includes assistance before, during and after the move that is aimed at reducing stress and easing what can be a difficult transition. To prepare for an upcoming move, we provide assistance with move planning, floor layouts for the new residence, downsizing belongings, and selection of a moving company. To facilitate a trouble-free move, we provide packing services, on-site supervision of property loading and unloading, including appropriate furniture placement. And after the movers leave, we unpack and remove all packing materials. We carefully organize kitchen cabinets and closets, make beds, hang pictures, and hook up electronics, so that our clients can enjoy their new residences from their very first homecoming.
