From there we use data insights to develop a plan of action for you or your team, delivered through workshops, 1:1 coaching, webinars and digital content for self-learning. Steve Howe, founder of ResilienceBuilder®, has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership and management roles. During this period, Steve observed major differences in the ways in which people coped with change and stress in the workplace which led him to research the subject of resilience and in particular, the characteristics of highly resilient people and teams. Building on extensive research and personal experience, the ResilienceBuilder® model and Assessment Tool was created to help people understand their current level of resilience and build upon it through practical advice and recommendations. Steve is passionate about helping people develop and grow, having led graduate, top talent and senior leadership programmes, and today works with individuals, teams and leaders across different sectors.
