11 "To make work more exciting." Communication of conventional goal setting is often taken place on one-on-one basis between manager and subordinate. This communication would be never disclosed therefore it is quite difficult for team members even to know what your colleagues are working on priority, not to mention other teams’. We believe this bias and/or asymmetry are the cause to slow down company’s progress to achieve their vision. We are developing a cloud service called “Resily” aiming to solve this sort of issues. Resliy enables each member’s goal “visible” in a company, and also illustrates how members’ individual goals are connecting/collaborating to achieve the whole company’s goal.
