We offer a bespoke service to clients who have attempted to claim on their Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, TPD or Terminal Illness Cover. We understand the impact of losing a loved one or being diagnosed with a serious illness and the last thing on your mind should be financial uncertainty. We believe personal insurance protection is an essential product for most people and provides financial certainty for clients and their families. Most insurance products do indeed result in a pay-out. If you remove over 50's plans ABI figures show around one in ten claims are rejected by insurance companies. This could be much higher due to some claims not meeting the ‘official’ claim stage, claims being ‘deferred’ or policies being cancelled and being made to look like they never existed. To support clients who want to ensure that they have been treated fairly we offer a free, no obligation check to see if the decision can be overturned. If, in our opinion, the claim has been wrongfully rejected, we can provide information to the client why we think this is. The client can then decide if they would like to pursue the claim themselves or use our services. We are open and transparent about our fees and the levels of service we can offer. As a specialist claims consultancy firm our fees are much reduced from the larger claims management firms. We charge 17.5% plus VAT. We also offer a communication and update plan designed around an individual customer. We realise the people we speak to are often impacted from Ill health or bereavement. We have agreed to formally support Marie Curie AND Cruse Bereavement Care. We can offer people information and support from these organisations and how to best access these free services.
