There’s a lot of pressure when it comes to fundraising - failing to tell your story, to connect with donors, and to secure the funding can have a catastrophic effect on your mission. I’ve felt this way, too. Overwhelmed by the problem, burdened with out-of-date or out-of-touch fundraising programs, unsure how the day-to-day fundraising work translates to the mission. But I’ve seen the other side of this problem, too. I have seen how transformative it can be when we believe in our mission. When we take a clear and fearless look at our strategies in pursuit of an engaged donor base. When we bring our willpower and imagination to the problem. With more than 22 years in the nonprofit world, I have experienced these challenges – and have found ways to overcome them. Resolute Philanthropy brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience to bear – supported with a passion for leadership development and creativity. We believe that philanthropy is a remarkable way to address societal problems - and that a culture of philanthropy is not just about money, but it is about giving people a chance to stand up for something, to stand alongside something, to see their values put into action in pursuit of a kinder, safer, healthier world.
