Resolute was formed in 2004 as a Commercial management consultancy, in 2012 the business underwent a restructuring to provide a complete service offer that included Project Management, planning, construction management as well as other services associated with project delivery. This restructuring included the recruitment of a partner that enhanced and complemented the existing service offer. The two partners have a combined 50 years experience in project delivery from feasibility through to handover and operation. Our business offers the full range of specialist programme, project and commercial management expertise on major projects, with an expanding presence in the UK markets. Our core strength lies in our ability to manage project execution across every phase of the project lifecycle.
