We are a London-based independent advisory firm providing strategic advice, innovative corporate finance solutions and transaction execution excellence to the insurance and wider financial services sector. Formed in 2001, we provide advice to our clients on acquisitions, company sales, management buy-outs, capital raisings (including both equity and debt) and strategic partner searches. In addition, we also undertake valuations & fairness opinions. Sector coverage consists of: Insurance – carriers, MGAs and brokers Asset and wealth management Employee benefits Specialty financial Clients include both owner-managed and institutionally owned businesses. Transactions vary from very small to large but irrespective of size we focus on delivering the highest quality personal service combined with informed, independent and objective advice.
