As a coach and facilitator, I work with clients throughout healthcare, public health, government, and nonprofits - leaders who do the hard things that make a difference in the world. My clients turn to me to achieve clarity, gain traction, and talk through their most challenging situations, such as sharpening their communications, cultivating cohesive team cultures, and achieving complex, mission-moving goals. I actively partner with my clients in setting their vision, shifting the culture, and having the hard conversations. Together, we build a sandbox that enables my clients to workout their ideas, think bigger, and create small experiments that clear the way for big impact. My clients also rely on me as a walking, talking library of useful frameworks and tools that help them take powerful action. Serving as a thought partner, I support, challenge, and energize my clients. I help them open up the conversation and generate new possibilities - and then chart the path to get there. With a nearly 30-year career spent in healthcare-focused nonprofits, academic medicine, and government, I have held a variety of leadership positions, including P&L and C-Suite roles. I truly “gets” the challenges associated with leading organizational change; negotiating with peers, CEOs, and the Board; motivating teams; developing and implementing strategy; and delivering on organizational goals.
