Having collaborated with founders and their teams from some of Silicon Valley’s most successful startups, including the CEO/founders of Databricks (v.$43B) and Segment (acquired by Twilio for $3.2B), my expertise spans pre-IPO to public companies. For over a decade, I served as an operational leader and high-level administrator. My ability to bridge the gap between leadership and employees cultivated trust and respect across the org.
