Resources For Independence Central Valley

Resources for Independence, Central Valley (RICV) is an IRS-Certified 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is encouraging people with disabilities to be in control of their lives and to live more independently through a diverse range of choices and opportunities. Since 1976, RICV has worked with consumers to promote their independence in the community. By charter, at least 51% of RICV’s staff and Board of Directors have disabilities, underscoring the importance of consumer-control.
