The EPC formula in which we operate includes several key steps that, meticulously thought out and executed, lead to the success of the project. We implement turnkey projects! Engineering: At this stage, we carefully plan and design the entire project. During this time, we focus on developing all technical aspects of the project, including spatial concepts (Site Plan), construction and detailed design. Our goal is to optimize the layout of structures, cables and traffic in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency while reducing investment costs. Procurement: In this phase, we purchase all the necessary materials, equipment and services required for the project. All transactions are made after approval of the budget and construction schedule. We also initiate the logistics and transportation process to ensure that materials are delivered to the construction site at the right time and place. Construction: This phase involves the physical implementation of the project, including construction, commissioning and testing of all project components. Successful EPC project management requires the use of appropriate project management processes and tools, such as quality control, risk management and resource management. Since each project is unique, we tailor our formula to its specifics, location and client requirements. Once construction is completed and energy is obtained, we hand over the operating power plant to Asset Management. Behind each of these steps is careful planning, strict quality control and coordinated activities to ensure the success of the EPC project.
