Bullying is a contagious cycle that harms millions of children in school, adults at work, the elderly in senior residential living centers, and has increasingly become part of our public discourse. We are a collaborative social movement to promote respect as the antidote to these harmful behaviors. Respect encompasses a continuum of attitudes and behaviors including a recognition of human dignity, kindness, courtesy, civility, and holding others in esteem based on abilities, qualities, or achievements. In business, the most successful leaders are those who are respected, not feared. They believe in showing other people respect first. Our Mission: To create communities of respect, kindness, and grace that prevent the cycle of bullying for everyone, everywhere, everyday. Through our collective wisdom and unique expertise, we will: • Create a shared vision of what a community of respect looks like • Create greater awareness of and be a resource for strategies and tools that promote respect • Collaborate and support existing organization who are focused on respectful behavior Join us by following us and being more intentional about showing respect to others - even when they're different from you or disagree with you.
