Restart Capital began operations in January 2022, with the aim of supporting economically viable companies with cash-flow difficulties or an excessive volume of debts to credit institutions and/or other creditors, and can present various strategies with a view to restructuring and/or refinancing them, either through the acquisition of these debts or other viability operations that best suit the needs of the business. We are specialized in the process of corporate restructuring and revitalization, with experience in M&A and financial structuring. We are integrated on Arrow Global Group, which in Portugal owns Whitestar, Norfin and other companies. Therefore, we have diversified know-how, experience, and knowledge existing in other geographies of the Group, to offer a complete service to our clients.
