Restart Initiative

Restart Initiative is a non-profit organization with the mission of building connections for economic and social development in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus. We use our deep expertise in international development and media to identify opportunities for constructive engagement in the region. Restart Initiative identifies economic and social development opportunities in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus- and then builds targeted, agile projects to respond to them. The activities of Restart Initiative include- Building networks among intergovernmental, governmental, social, academic, media, and private sector actors to promote economic and social development of Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus- Acting as a trusted information and communication hub- Supporting objective scholarship on topics germane to economic and political cooperation with Azerbaijan, in partnership with respected academic institutions- Promoting informed international media coverage of Azerbaijan- Supporting dialogue and peacebuilding processes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, with a particular focus on economic connectivity between the two countries.
