Restaurant BREDA is the second from the trio behind ‘Horecagroep BREDA’ (Guillaume de Beer, Johanneke van Iwaarden and Freek van Noortwijk), known also for Maris Piper, Restaurant BREDA and Pita Kebab & Falafel. Restaurant BREDA celebrates the gourmand spirit of the Brabant region in southern Netherlands where the team grew up. It brings fine dining to a relaxed atmosphere on the Singel canal, with modern international cuisine and plenty of Dutch and French inspirations. The restaurant is open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, and always serves the chef ’s menu. Guests choose from set menus of 3, 4 or 5 dishes for lunch, or ‘Basic’, ‘Extra’ or ‘The Full Monty’ for dinner, with optional wine pairing from an extensive and carefully selected wine list. Restaurant BREDA is open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, and always serves the chef ’s menu.
