Inspired by a 'Chicago style' cuisine with hits of Italian ingredients and flavors Chef JP Miron brings his own style of comfort food to the menu and your server will highly recommend a sharing of the generously flavorful appetizers to start. Globe's presence in the Montreal restaurant scene dates back to 1993 and since then every chef's priority allowed patrons to sample local seasonal products and seafood all year round. Every à la carte menu showcases fresh pasta, seasonal risotto and grilled to perfection by wood fire grill a variety of meat & fish.
