Restaurant O boasts of a Masterchef with extensive culinary experience from Paris, London, Gstaad, Canouan Island and Alghero. The executive chef, Eoghain O'Neill is half-Irish, half- Trinidadian who found his passion in cooking at a young age and has pursued providing an elevated dining experience ever since he walked in a professional kitchen. He's worked with some of the best chefs in the world including Gordon Ramsay and he brings his unique expertise to the southern Oregon coast.
