Welcome to SAVU. Sauli Kemppainen combines Nordic, Spanish and Italian elements into extraordinary dishes and beverages, with world class ingredients and techniques. We respect traditional cooking and bring it to undiscovered levels. Our mission at SAVU is to bring out the full flavor of every ingredient we use and to fully respect them. We think it´s simple, not rocket science. To be able to use unique ingredients daily is something not to be taken for granted, so we are truly proud and honored being able to work with these great products day to day.
