Welcome to the Restoration Center! I’m Jeanie Hosken, and I’m glad you are here! My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families live an abundant life physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. This is what God intends for you, no matter what you have been through or what your struggles are. Imagine living in full health and vitality — in your body (physical health and vigor), in your mind (freedom from self-limiting thoughts and destructive or outdated ways of thinking), in your relationships (strong marriages, functional and supportive families, deep friendships, and community connections), and in your spiritual life. Although many professionals are qualified to support you with body issues (doctors, dietitians, fitness professionals), with mental issues (personal counseling, marriage counseling, lifestyle coaching, and psychotherapy), or with spiritual issues (pastoral care, retreats, or other programs), often problems manifest simultaneously in two or more of these areas. Finding someone who offers an integrated approach that addresses your body, mind, and spirit can be a challenge. This is where I help. With two master’s degrees—one in counseling and one in divinity, a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and past certifications as a personal trainer and fitness professional—combined with over 20 years' experience, I am uniquely qualified to help you heal and grow in mind, body, and spirit. By offering integrated, tailored counseling services that simultaneously address the whole person, I aim to help you reach a state of health and wellness beyond what separate disciplines can achieve. If desired, I also provide teaching and support to help you improve your marriage and/or your parenting. Strong marriages and healthy children lay a foundation for health and wholeness for the next generation.
