Housed in the converted 1924 Baltimore Commercial Bank building, it features old vaults and trappings of the Prohibition era.(Don’t be surprised if your Realtor invites you to toast your closing in the “speakeasy”-style bar in the basement.) And it’s not just the space that’s different. Founded in 2003 by Clausen Ely, the firm includes six experienced Realtors, each strategically selected for their track record of success and their area of expertise. It’s worth noting that the whole team also happens to live in Baltimore, giving them not only a deep knowledge of the area neighborhoods, but also a true passion for city living.
