Resurface is a distinctive, home-based program tailored specifically to the needs of each individual client. Most facilities and programs have a structure to which individuals need to adhere to in order to be successful in recovery. At Resurface we believe no one client is the same, therefore no one program can fit all clients. Resurface is unique in that it serves each client differently based on their specific goals, life circumstances and diagnosis. In this client-driven environment, we begin with an in-depth, comprehensive assessment to define one’s goals and map out a plan of action. We walk through each stage of change, navigating through internal and external blocking points to make continual and successful progress."
