We provide full service construction support to retailers and restaurateurs from our corporate office in Orlando * We have extensive retail construction experience, and can perform as a licensed general contractor building one store (licensed in multiple states), or as a corporate consultant in establishing and overseeing your company's entire construction program * We are uniquely qualified having experience both as a tenant-representative and as a shopping center developer/owner, with retail site selection and leasing expertise too!* Some of the retailers we've built include Dunkin' Donuts, T-Mobile, Marco's Pizza, AT & T, Sprint, SaladWorks, Dollar Tree, ThinkGeek, Any Lab Test Now, Snap Fitness, Yep it's Yogurt, Pablo's Mexican Grill, Hungry Howies Pizza * We currently perform work as a licensed general contractor in FL, GA, AL, SC and NC, but also perform outside of the Southeastern U.S. supporting certain clients as their construction management resource, including significant past work performed in Puerto Rico New Clients - We seek new retail and/or restaurant clients wanting to roll out and open new store locations.
